Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Revamp Massage, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Appointment Policy
Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
Clients should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment but will incur the full charge.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges.

Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries affecting the service.
Pregnant clients should inform us for appropriate accommodations.
We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or hygiene reasons.

Payment and Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards
Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Valid for 6 months from purchase and must be presented at the time of service.

Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Refunds are not available under any circumstances. If you have any concerns or issues with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly.

Privacy and Photography Consent
Client information is confidential and will not be shared, except as required by law.
Clients consent to the use of their photographs for posture assessment and website uploads, subject to data protection laws.
Photographs will be used solely for professional purposes and clients may request their removal at any time.

Data Protection
Client data, including photographs, will be handled in compliance with data protection legislation.
Clients have the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data.

Limitation of Liability

Revamp Massage is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages resulting from our services.
